My training with Manuel has been great! He's always attentive, patient and helps me overcome my insecurities and fears. He teaches me and is helping me develop great self defense skills while also helping me improve my cardio, strengthening and muscle conditioning. He's also very knowledgeable in post work out recovery, which was a plus for me
